DINNER

  • 2 Beef Franks
  • 1 Cup Cabbage or Broccoli
  • 1/2 Cup Carrots or leafy vegetable
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla frozen dessert


Day 3

BREAKFAST

Black low or Tea
  • 5 cracker buggy
  • 1 Oz. of cheddar
  • 1 little Apple


LUNCH

Black low or Tea
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 Slice of Dry Toast


DINNER

  • 1 Cup Tuna
  • 1 Cup Beans or Cauliflower
  • 1 Cup Carrots or Beets
  • 1 Cup Melon
  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla frozen dessert
