Green smoothie with lupine seeds and fruits

  • 3 lawyers
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 handle Spinach sprouts
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Stirred natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp. soup Lupine seeds
  • 2 tbsp. soup Chia seeds
  • 1 Mango
  • 200 g raspberries
  • 50 g Dried coconut chips


  • Start this lupine green smoothie recipe by washing and spinning the spinach shoots. Peel and cut the banana into slices. Peel and cut the kiwi into pieces. Peel and stone the avocados. Cut them into pieces. Squeeze the lime juice.
  • Put the avocado, banana and kiwi pieces in a blender. Add spinach sprouts, lemon juice, yogurts and lupine. Blend at maximum power until obtaining a puree. Pour it in a salad bowl and place in the fridge.
  • Peel and cut the mango slices all around the kernel.
  • Divide the green soup into bowls. Add the slices of mango, raspberries and sprinkle with dried coconut shavings and chia seeds.
